MAS Antwerp
We had a great time working with MAS Antwerp on a project that really helped them connect more with both locals and international visitors. We focused on two things: creating an email newsletter campaign and writing copy for their English and Dutch social media accounts.
For the newsletter, we wanted to make it feel like each subscriber was personally invited to experience MAS’s latest exhibitions and events. Instead of just giving information, we told stories, piqued curiosity, and encouraged people to visit. The response was fantastic—open rates went up, and we saw more people signing up for events, which was really exciting.
On the social media front, MAS wanted to engage both their local community and international visitors in a fun and authentic way. We wrote posts in both Dutch and English, making sure to tailor the content to each audience. We highlighted unique exhibits, gave behind-the-scenes glimpses, and made the posts interactive, turning their social media into a lively hub of activity.
The best part? MAS Antwerp saw a real increase in both online engagement and visitor numbers, and they were really happy with the outcome. For us at Copy & Culture, it was a rewarding project, and we’re excited about working with them again in the future!
